TAHG is committed to providing
healthy, energy efficient, environmentally friendly housing. We believe
that for homes to be affordable they need to be durable and
efficient. These goals are achievable through practical
strategies and building technologies. TAHG has experience in
creating affordable housing developments that successfully incorporate
green building certification programs including Energy Star, EPA’s
Indoor airPlus, USGBC's LEED for Homes, and EarthCraft
Multifamily. TAHG has the distinction of developing North
Carolina 's first multifamily community to achieve LEED for Homes Gold
certification ( Cherry Gardens ) as well as the first EarthCraft
Multifamily certified development (Curlin Commons). |
